Every year, common problem for admin staffs is where to spend the company's summer outing - agree?
We can't have our summer outing in the same place twice in a row....as it would be so boring....
So far, the best summer outing that we had previously is the one where we went to Camiguin Island and rediscover and explore the best of the best.
And now it's summer 2015...we were planning to explore all of Cebu's best...we're cebuano's but weren't able to visit and experience everything that we have here. We chose to visit other places while foreigners and tourist are crowding in Cebu...Isn't that ironic?
Then, suddenly, the Boss decided that all branches from cdo and davao must join forces. We we're disappointed at first that our plans could be thwarted right away with just once call from the Boss. Instead of feeding up with the negativity, we choose to just accept the situation handed to us by the Madams.
I proposed that we will just go island hopping to accommodate their wants also. After browsing for excellent island hopping service, we booked with Cebu Island Buffet as per below.
In order to ensure your reservations, we will be requiring you:
On the day of the outing, instead of being excited, we got mad at Cebu Island Buffet for being too late on our agreed meeting at pick-up point. Imagine, they were late for two hours and we can't contact them. MY GHAD!! Then we got a call from the incharge that they were a little bit delayed due to transportation problem. Tsk tsk, to make the story short, we forgive them and went on with our scheduled activities.
Note: It's not really an island hopping as you can read from their website, it's more on water and foods only. So, another disappointment on our part.

If you are planning to try island hopping in Cebu/Bohol for your summer outing, please don't hesitate to try it. There are so many options available that is worth your money. Last April 22, 2016 I was tasked to book another island hopping getaway for the Boss and her relatives. And since, I was very disappointed with Cebu Island Buffet, I tried to find another option. I came across the website of Island Banca www.islandsbanca.com and wow, the rate is amazing! It's way expensive for a boat only. Good thing, I found the best deal online. You can rent a boat only or with buffet lunch, it's up to you. Plus, you can customize the islands that you want visit. Now, isn't that great? I can no longer find the website where the boat prices were listed, but don't worry because I have her number. Ms. Debbie is good in customer service.
